Health Care & Social Welfare Society is a secular, grass root level, Non-Governmental voluntary organization registered under Societies Registration Act XXI of 1860 in the year 1987 with Registration No. 295/1987 at District Registrar of Assurances, SPSR Nellore District, Andhra Pradesh.
Since its inception, the organization has been implementing the following programs for the welfare of poor, down trodden, Senior Citizens and Drug addicts in Nellore and Prakasam Districts of Andrha Pradesh.
